A Boutique Recruitment Agency Where Entrepreneurship Meets Industry Needs
After almost a decade of selling real estate, Lacey Clark was looking for her next move. She wanted to maintain an entrepreneurial career and had a passion for the recruiting business from many years of corporate and agency recruiting as a professional ‘headhunter.’
Lacey uncovered a niche market need among her network, one that was underserved by recruitment agencies—real estate and construction executive recruiting. With a clear perspective, Lacey created NW Recruiting Partners in 2014. She built her recruitment agency team to support her vision, which included Angela Pasquale in 2014 and Lisa Glenn in 2016. Each brought their boutique recruitment acumen, industry connections, and a common goal of success through unparalleled client experience to the new recruitment company.
THE JOURNEY OF NW RECRUITING PARTNERS
The recruitment firm experienced rapid growth due to the team’s commitment and expertise in meeting the recruiting needs of multiple industries, including real estate, construction, and manufacturing. A truly boutique recruitment team, NW Recruiting Partners is able to focus on its clients and verticals to provide exemplary service resulting in high client satisfaction.
Success has allowed them to expand the recruitment agency team, adding multiple experienced recruiters and support staff.

RECRUITMENT COMPANY MILESTONES
In 2016, NW Recruiting Partners purchased Seattle Financial Staffing, a local accounting and finance headhunting firm with clients like Starbucks, T-Mobile, and Avalara. The two recruitment companies are driven by client and candidate-focused talent acquisition strategies, providing executive search, direct-hire, contract, and contract-to-hire.
In 2019, NW Recruiting Partners and Seattle Financial join SRA.
