Lacey brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience to her role as Founder and Managing Principal of NW Recruiting Partners. She leads the recruiting and sales teams and works closely with clients to understand their businesses and find the right people. Her experience spans roles at all levels across construction, real estate, accounting and finance, aerospace, technology, and manufacturing.

Originally from Idaho, Lacey moved to Seattle at 21 and began her career at a staffing agency before moving into corporate recruiting with companies including Amazon, Lucent, and Terabeam. She also spent several years in real estate, building on her sales experience and developing a deeper understanding of the industry. Today, she enjoys helping companies build strong teams and connecting people with opportunities that fit their experience and goals.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, working out, and getting outdoors whenever she can.

Lisa Glenn

Lisa is a Principal at NW Recruiting Partners, bringing a background in recruiting, sales, and event management across the oil and gas, education, and retail industries. She builds lasting relationships with clients and candidates by taking the time to understand what companies need and what candidates want from their next role.

Originally from Eastern Washington, Lisa attended Arizona State University, where she discovered her interest in recruiting while supporting recruitment for the Honors College. Her career has included managing her family’s petroleum business, recruiting for staffing agencies, and coordinating education sales and events. That range of experience gives her a practical understanding of business operations and the importance of hiring the right people.

After living abroad in New Zealand, Lisa returned to the Pacific Northwest and made Seattle her home. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and volunteering with Seattle Theatre Group. She also loves getting outdoors to hike, run, boat, waterski, and snow ski.

Angela Pasquale

Angela is a Principal at NW Recruiting Partners and helped build the firm alongside Lacey Clark from its earliest days. She focuses on business development and client relationships while continuing to recruit for select searches. Working closely with clients and the recruiting team, she helps define hiring needs and guides searches from the first conversation through the final hiring decision. She also supports the firm’s operations and continued growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and recruiting, Angela works primarily in real estate, construction, and legal. She enjoys getting to know the people behind each business and understanding what candidates want from their next move. She brings a personal, practical approach to helping both sides find the right fit.

A Pacific Northwest native, Angela grew up in Maple Valley and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Western Washington University. After several years in Seattle, she returned to her country roots and now lives in Lake Stevens with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, time with her family, and opportunities to get away to the sun and ocean.

Luc Hoffmann brings 20 years of global real estate and Facilities Management experience to our team as an executive recruiter. Most recently, Luc served as Senior Managing Director, leading the Facilities Management business for Cushman & Wakefield in the US West region, enabling clients such as Google, Adobe, LinkedIn, and AMD. At CBRE, Luc led global Facilities Management delivery teams for Fortune 50 companies, including Microsoft and McKesson.

A native of France, Luc is bilingual in English and French and fluent in German. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from University Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg (France) and a Master’s degree from IECS business school in Strasbourg (France).

Luc grew up in France and moved to the US over 25 years ago. With his family, he enjoys traveling back to his native country, exploring Mexico and other areas of the world.

As a former competitive skier, Luc likes spending time in the mountains in general, but also on the beach and the golf course, and simply being “outside”. He also loves to spend time with friends sharing good food and wine.
