  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience as a Construction Superintendent for a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Additional 5-10 years of on-site construction experience as a carpenter, laborer, Foreman, General Foreman, and/or Assistant Superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction scheduling software.
